That utility has several options that you can check into. Unfortunatly, that 'SSC Service Utility' does not work on all Epson Printers and not on all Operating Systems and sometimes will not even work on actually listed printer models, so you will have to check it out for yourself.The only other source for a FREE RESET PROCEDURE [that I know of] is one posted earlier by WES on this Printer Repair Site: www.resetters.com.
